SHIPPING

 

  • You must be 21 or older with a photo identification to receive your order.
  • Alcohol beverages can be shipped only to approved states by law (see list below).

STORE PICKUP

Order online and pickup at the store at your convenience. There’s no pickup charge. No minimum order.


LOCAL DELIVERY

Available 7 days a week, The Winery will deliver locally with a minimum order of $30 (before tax) and a $5 delivery surcharge (Free delivery for orders over $250.00). The local delivery boundaries are north of W. 86th St, south of W. 150th St, east of Riverside Drive, and west of 3rd Ave.

Same-Day delivery service is available if the online order is placed before 1pm. After 1pm, please call us to check for availability. Delivery hours are from 2:00pm to 8:00pm with last call-in order taken at 7:00pm for same day delivery. All other delivery times must be approved by The Winery staff.

If the address does not have a doorman, please note preferred delivery time within a two-hour window from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Special delivery instructions such as buzzer buttons and delivery entrances should also be noted in "COMMENT" section on the check-out page.

If you a have time-sensitive delivery or special instructions; Please type the instructions in the designated area called, “COMMENTS” during checkout confirmation. All time-sensitive deliveries will need a two hour-window within the time frame designated above. Please give us a call if you need a delivery outside of the times prescribed, we may be able to accommodate.

All deliveries returned due to failure on part of the customer not being present during prescribed time of delivery may be subject to additional charges.


MANHATTAN DELIVERY

No minimum order. In addition to FedEx and UPS shipping options, we offer delivery service to anywhere in Manhattan for $20. Manhattan deliveries are available everyday except on Sunday.

Next-day delivery service is usually available for orders placed before 4 pm. Same-day delivery may be available. Please call us at (212) 222-4866 to inquire.

If the address does not have a doorman or a mailroom, please indicate your preferred delivery time in a three-hour window from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and special delivery instructions (eg., buzzer number different than apartment number, virtual doorman instructions, must call first, leave w/ next door neighbor, etc.). Please type the instructions in the designated area called, “COMMENTS or NOTES” during checkout confirmation.

ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE U.S.A.

No minimum order. Please select your preferred method of shipping during checkout. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours. Due to the U.S. shipping regulations, we can only accept wine orders for shipment to the following states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, D.C., Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, New Mexico, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.  Please contact us for inquiry.


INTERNATIONAL

We are sorry but we currently ship only within the US.

 

RETURNS

 

All sales are final. No cash or credit refund can be issued. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value or for store credit within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the following: sales receipt, original bottle (with wine to be evaluated) and cork or enclosure. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% of total merchandise or $25 minimum, whichever larger, will be charged for orders cancelled after delivery or shipping has been attempted.
